Now that we have dozens of readers, I thought we could now attempt a little fun exercise, and create a short story in a group-sourced fashion. I'll start the story out with a couple of sentences and everyone can add One Sentence at a time via the Comments. After we receive a few, our crack team of Blog Appraisers will choose one, print the result and ask for the next sentence. And so on...
Anyone wishing final credit for the masterpiece can send their sentence with identification, but anonymous entries will be accepted. The usual rules of decorum apply.

ReplyDeleteAs the anxiety of the shirt selection abated, his next chore was to sort through the inventory in his golf bag - where could he get newer range balls in time for the big event?
ReplyDeleteIgnoring the elements, he decided to break out his pitching wedge and chip a few balls in the back yard.
