Penn State Rises to No. 5 in the Nation

The weekend's exploits were good.  In fact they were pretty great, vaulting the Lions to Number 5 in the National Rankings.  Congrats to everyone involved.  I guess that even includes us over-the-hill alumni golfers.  We're like the cherry on top...

    Too bad we do not compete in duals anymore to really see who should be ranked where. Team competition. What we seem to have now is too many individual performances and no spotlight on team.ovesP

    Coach Groves has consistently said for years that dual meets will be the salvation of the sport.
