Soooooo Close!
Owen Dawson continues his great first season as a self-coached runner. It looks like he picked a great coach at that. Yesterday at the Columbia Final Qualifying Meet at the Armory in Manhattan, he just missed dipping under 4:00 for the Mile. He was the winner of the Open Mile wearing a Penn State Track Alumni Singlet in a scintillating 4:00.49! Order one for yourself and see if you can beat him to the first ever sub-4 wearing it.
Keep after it, Owen! You'll get it in 2013.
