Springs For Legs
A 5'3" high jumper clearing 6'5". This has me thinking, what is the biggest discrepancy between the height of a high jumper and his/her PR? Who is the Muggsy Bogues of track?
That's a lob. And 14" nor even close. Franklin Jacobs from Farleigh Dickinson. Saw him in person while in HS and at PSU and after jump a bunch. He did about 22" greater. Some taller guy tied it about a decade ago but there is a bit of controversy because of conversion. So FJ answers the Q because he was shorter than recent person. KKOB80
