There are a Lot of Running Conversion Calculators

With Brannon Kidder's school record 3:38.82 1500M 3rd place finish at the Payton Jordan Invite in Palo Alto California yesterday, the race is on to convert that mark to the equivalent 1 Mile distance. But no matter which calculator you use, it's still converting to a mark that would be the PSU record for the 1 Mile!

                               3:55.37  Reigel (early, classic formula)
                               3:55.8    McMillan Calculator
3:56.28  MileSplit.com (High School TF site)
                               3:56.3*   NCAA (same as) USTFCCCA

* The preferred choice among current track and field "elites".
