Penn Relays Means Cheesesteaks
The Penn Relays have started! PSU's freshman decathlete Anya Uzoh is in second place after the first day's competition. With several days until the penultimate Saturday relays, maybe there is time for a culinary treat in a Amoroso roll! Last weekend in Philly, I took the kids for a tour of South Philly and Chinatown. I ended up having a Geno's Cheesesteak and cheese fries because the line at Pat's was longer. My favorite is still Jim's on South Street(the original one is over near Penn), but they are all good. Cheez Wiz may be nature's most perfect food* Be sure to return to vote in the next poll on what is your favorite Philly Cheesesteak.
Update: Anya finished in third place in the decathlon.
*Bacon is really the most perfect food.
I voted for Jim's on your poll.
ReplyDeleteWow, another point of agreement between us! Somehow we must be related.
