PSU Track Alums Head To The Big And Small Screens!

First up, Mike Pfaff's movie Lazarus Rising will be featured at the Action On Film Festival on Sept. 22.  Mike is nominated as the Best Breakout Action Star!

And Ryan McGarry MD will soon have his creation Code Black premeire on CBS for the new season.  I'm hoping to become their Podiatric expert.  Fingers crossed...

Here's a preview of the CBS show, which is a comedy-drama, and has one of my favorite actors of all-time in it, Luis Guzman!  Ryan is an Executive Director. Very powerful stuff.

And Ryan McGarry's brainchild may also soon be appearing on your TV screen, as Code Black has been green-lighted for a CBS Pilot.  The Medical Comedy/Drama is set in LA's most busy ER, where sometimes there is too much going on to save everybody.  The incredible staff fights stiff odds against a medical system broken beyond repair. It's as if Ryan spent time in my Podiatry Practice or something!

And did both of them ever run an 800 M for PSU?

At the pinnacle of their chosen fields...

First up, Ryan McGarry is appearing in an award winning documentary Code Black, a reference to a completely full Emergency Room.  Heavy stuff.  And he says some PSU Track and Field footage is in the film.  4 Thumbs up!
