Working Out, 800M Style

So here's a real world 800M workout to compare with the guys from the 60s, 70s and 80s (coming soon, when the Interns return from Mexican Spring Break.)

The Brooks Beasts took to Phoenix, Arizona in January for some early season training. Watch Nick Symmonds and Cas Loxsom get some speed in, while Katie Mackey and Jessica Tonn power through mile repeats.

5 minutes rest between sets

1st set: 61.0, 44.4, 19.2
2nd set: 60.0, 43.0, 20.0
3rd set: 59.1, 42.7, 20.0
4th set: 58.0, 43.0, 18.0
