Bridget Franek is nearing completion of her preparations for the World Championships in South Korea. She is currently in England and has been hindered somewhat by the riots there. It's bad when Korea is the safer option for a Track Meet over London!
Cas Loxsom is nearly ready for his appearance at the World University Games in Eastern China. Anyone who knows my story will urge him to not eat undercooked vegetables!
