But it is still enjoyable to make fun of people mucking up the opening pitch at a ball game. Even ex-pitchers sometimes embarrass themselves on the mound. Presidents are known to garner a few laughs here and there.
I was once at an Orioles game at the fairly new Camden Yards where Bill Clinton came and threw out the first pitch. I was amazed to see how many snipers were positioned around the stadium and even on the light pole next to us for the event. (Yeah, I splurge for the good seats!) But Bill came through with quite a wonderful pitch before the 12-car entourage left after 3 minutes at the ballpark. I suppose he had a haircut waiting for him at the airport or something!
But our current occupant at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue has never quite lived up to his Democrat comrade. Waaaaay to the Left!
But if both he and "Fitty Cent" were the last two kids standing at the playground waiting to be picked, pick President Obama like me.
