You all know how much I like the 4 x 800 M Relay. Well, hats off to the Canadian foursome of Ray Wardle, Bill Thompson, Ed Whitlock and Earl Fee. They are 80, 82, 83 and 84 years old, in that order.
Their time of 14:24 beat the old record by more than a minute and a half. I'm making them honorary members of our group.
