Millersville Rejects $300,000 Donation to Continue Mens Track and XC

They "didn't want to set a precedent".

An anonymous donor offered $300,000 as a gift to extend the life of Mens Track and XC at Millersville University by 3 years until alums could come up with other plans.  It was rejected.  The donor then received a request for donations to help send students to Europe.

Something tells me MU won't be receiving any funds from at least one more donor!

In slightly better news, Spring Hill College in Alabama, an NAIA School, has added Mens and Womens Outdoor Track.  (Thanks to our William and Mary connection for that news!)
