New Alumni Record!

While most of our focus was on the Penn State National this weekend I'd like to slip in mention of a new 800 meter indoor alumni record from Casimir Loxsom (called it!). He ran 1:50.14  at the Carmel City Hilton Garden Invitational in Winston-Salem, NC, .73 seconds faster than the old time of 1:50.87 from Owen Dawson in 2013.

    The Podcast might take a bit. I'm doing this by the seat of my pants and I just got home. I have to learn how to edit it, actually edit it, learn how to host it, and then actually host it.

    On the positive side, almost everyone there was pleased with the effort and happy with the results. Even Coach Groves gives us a thumbs up. He even wants to do more to get more in-depth about his training philosophy.

    I'll work on it instead of paying attention to the Sooper whatever. I don't seem to care anymore.
