Relaxed and Ready


Ryan Whiting looks ready to take on the world on the first day of Athletics competition at the London Olympics.

And let's not forget that Bridget Franek set two personal bests in the past several weeks, so she's ready too. (9:29 SC and 4:15(?) 1500 M)

    Bridget finished 5th in a PB and SB 4:12.96.
